Heating System Survey

Dear DeSoto residents:

As a part of the DeSoto's Environmental Impact Committee's mission to make our building as green as possible, we are conducting this survey to aid the committee in understanding how we can optimize the heating system to provide everyone with all the heat they need while, at the same time, minimizing the building's carbon footprint and consumption of fuel.

The questions asked below should only take you a few moments to answer. The information you provide is added to a database we will use to "model" heating system performance and identify systemic problems, so your candor will be appreciated.

The information you provide will be kept private. The form results are held in a secure folder online until we download the results and will then be deleted from the server. The resulting data will be used only for the objectives of the committee and the Board of Directors.
